Welcome to my journey of faith and learning. My name is Amina, and I am a dedicated Quran teacher based in Toronto. My path as an educator began in 2012, a journey fueled by a deep-seated passion for the Quran and Sunnah, a commitment to fostering a profound understanding of Islamic principles in my students.
My educational philosophy is rooted in the belief that the Quran is not merely a book to be read, but a guide to be lived by. Since the inception of my teaching career, my primary goal has been to instill in my students the essential quality of modesty—both in their approach to learning and in their daily lives. Modesty(Adab), in this context, extends beyond the external; it embodies a spirit of self-discipline, humility, respect, and a sincere pursuit of knowledge. I strive to nurture these attributes, guiding my students to not only grasp the meanings of the Quranic text, side by side with the Sunnah pf Prophet Mohammad Sallallahu Alyhi Wassallam but to embody its teachings in their daily interactions and personal growth.
